The original announcement lists documents required to update the records of wounded personnel who received the pre-Eid grant:

  1. A current detailed birth certificate.
  2. Four personal photographs with a white background.
  3. A copy of the legal memorandum, if available.
  4. Evidence of the date and place of injury.
  5. A cancelled cheque or bank confirmation of the account number.
  6. A personal file marked with the name, phone number and type of injury.
  7. A recent translated medical report.

The original notice asked for files to be delivered to the Ganfouda and Ajdabiya premises as soon as possible.
